New debit cards arriving late October and early November

Watch for your new cards
As we prepare for the November 15 transition date, if you have a current Sunshine Coast Financial debit card (currently known as a MEMBER CARD), you may receive a new debit card for each membership that you hold. If you are issued multiple cards, they will be mailed separately.
Your new debit card(s) will be issued in late October/early November, followed by a new Personal Identification Number (PIN) which will be mailed separately a few days after your card arrives along with activation instructions. The card will feature a new design and will include instructions for activation. If you do not receive your new card(s) before the Transition Date, please contact us for assistance.
We're excited to share that after the Transition Date, you will have the ability to add your card to your digital wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay). All the features you currently enjoy will remain the same, including free access to the ding free EXHANGE NETWORK ATMs.
Are you planning to be away between late October and mid-November?
If you plan to be away between late October and mid-November and will not be at your primary mailing address to receive and activate your new debit card, please arrange for alternate methods of payment following November 15 or speak to us directly for assistance.
Activate your new card(s) before November 14
Please activate your new card(s) as soon as the PIN arrives, but do not use it until November 15, as it will remain inactive until then. Your current Sunshine Coast Financial debit card will continue to work for ATM transactions and purchases until November 14, so please continue to use it until this time.
If you do not receive your new card before November 14, please contact us for assistance.
