Stop a cheque
Lost a cheque? You can create a Stop Cheque to prevent the cheque from processing.
How to do it
- Sign in to digital banking through a computer or a mobile web browser (this feature is not available on our app)
- From the menu, select Products & Services
- Select Stop Cheques
- Select the Create Stop Cheque button
- Enter the details of the cheque(s)
- Check off the boxes to indicate that you've read and agree to the service fee and Stop Payment Disclaimer and Indemnity
- Select Continue
- Review the details and select Confirm
